Legal Sounds - MP3s for nine cents
I've been testing this site for a couple of months now and still haven't used up my initial $50 credit ! (630 tracks)
Pros:
MP3s for nine cents
Bug-free downloading software
Massive catalog
Legal (technically, yes it's legal..)
Cons:
Slow website
Sometimes you need to try more than once to get downloads into the download software.
Summary 9.5/10. This website is the real deal.

iTunes
iTunes is the biggest boy on the block (although perhaps not the meanest.) The range is extraordinary! I've stopped using iTunes after testing it for this review.

Great software
Legal and industry endorsed
Cons
MP3s are far more expensive than Legal Sounds
Summary: 7/10. Only go here for the MP3s you absolutely cannot find anywhere else. Too expensive otherwise.
