ImageSource is much the same in that there's no details of payment. They seem to take themselves quite seriously though, with a professional attitude about their website and content. here
Alamy pays up to 65% compensation - according their front page. But when you dig around for more information they have more figures. They also have a complicated payment system. It seems that this system is geared to make things as difficult as possible for photographers to make money. As a result, this link is only included due to my desite to be comprehensive. here
